TAG-YOU ARE FABULOUS

My sister bought this awesome Prima Bloom Collection stamp that I really, really love.  She is an art journal stamp, but I don't do that so I made a tag out of her after coloring with copic markers and paper piecing her dress.  On the back I added a Mother's Day poem.  I will definitely borrow this stamp again as it is a fun one.  Til we meet again.

BLOOMS AND BLING

 Hi folks, I am back with a challenge over at Scraps of Color.  If you belong to the Robert Jackson Digi Group, I posted a challenge called Blooms and Bling.  You must use a Robert Jackson image, must have blooms of any kind and of course bling..  This would be a good time to get a few Mother's day cards done.

LET'S HEAR IT FOR THE BOYS

Hi folks, since I am addicted to bling and girly stuff, I rarely make man or boy cards.  Since my nephew's birthday is coming up next week, I decided to make him a card and a couple of extras just in case.  I used images by Robert Jackson on all 3 cards.  Hope you like them as much as I did.  Once again, thank you for taking the time to stop by.

A STAB AT DRAWING

Hi folks, it has been a few days since my last post.  Glad to report that mom is out of the hospital and on the road to recovery.
For the last few months, some of the ladies over at Scraps of color have been going crazy over Art journaling.  I am just not feeling it right now. However, they have been trying their hands at drawing also.  One of my friends is so wanting to do this that she inspired me to go buy a small drawing tablet and some charcoal pencils.  I sat down with my inspiration piece and after completing my drawing I decided to make a couple of cards.  It is not the best art work, but it is mine.  I named this piece Donee' which is my daughters middle name.  I hope you like them. 2014 SISTAH/BROTHA BLOGGER CHALLENGE-Anything goes

Hi everyone.  I have had a very long tiring last few days.  My mom has been ill and is in the hospital.  Hopefully she can come home in the morning.  Despite being busy, I managed to squeeze in a couple of birthday cards for friends.  One is using a Prima doll stamp and the other a Robert Jackson digi.  I will be submitting these to http://scrapsofcolor.ning.com/events/2014-sistah-brotha-blogger-challenges?xg_source=activity.   Thanks for looking.

SOMETHING ABOUT JULIE NUTTING

Hi people, I am back.  Does anyone enjoy playing paper dolls as much as I do?  I am truly loving these Julie Nutting Prima dolls.  You can color them, paper piece them, journal art them or whatever you are feeling at the time.  They are big so I had to make large cards which I like to do anyway.  I got a request to make two cards from a friend for her granddaughters.  I like the way they turned out and she loved them.
