EMPIRE CHALLENGE #3 - COOKIE

Ok all you Empire fans, this is the last image in the challenge and of course Robert Jackson saved the best for last.  I truly enjoyed this challenge and I believe all the ladies that participated did too.  We started with 39 and we have 24 left in the challenge.  What are we gonna do now without a weekly challenge to keep us motivated????  I kinda went crazy with Cookie and I made 3 cards and will be making one more for a lady that wants her for a Mother's Day card.  Stay inspired and be an inspiration my friends.

MOTHER'S DAY IS UPON US.

Hello Everyone.  Today's post is all about mother's.  I know that a moms job is never done even when your children are grown.  There are a lot of good times and memories, but sometime as a mom we feel that our love is all give and nothing in return.  That is why I like to make sure my mom and sister/sister-in-laws know they are appreciated for all they do for family.  I been working on a few cards and hope to get a few more made for some friends if I have time.  Everyone loves to feel appreciated and needed.

EMPIRE CHALLENGE #5 - LUCIOUS LYON

Well folks, we are now winding down this challenge over at Scraps of Color and I know everyone has been anxiously waiting for the one and only Cookie Lyon.  Lucious is HOT, but Cookie is the BOSS.  She is next and the last.  We always save the best for the last.    Anyway, the card/project for Lucious had to have an album and the word Family on it.

EMPIRE CHALLENGE #4 JAMAL

Ok folks, it is time for my favorite Lyons son, Jamal.  He is so handsome and unique and I just love him.  Hakeem is cute, but too rappy for my taste.  Jamal has it going on.  Anyway, the card was to be predominately white and must contain the word Beautiful representing the white party.  I had to add a bit of Empire paper into it to keep in line with the other cards.  See ya real soon.

A MICHEAL JACKSON BIRTHDAY

Hi there friends.  I just wanted to share with you a card I made for a friend that says that Michael Jackson is here all time favorite singer.  After reading this on Facebook, I decided I wanted to do something Michael for her birthday which is April 10.  Yep in about 20 minutes.  I did not have any images so I resorted to coloring pages online and found enough to make my Z card.  I really had fun making this special card and hope she knows I value her friendship.  What do you think?

EMPIRE CHALLENGE #3 HAKEEM

Hello and Happy Easter everyone.  Hope you are enjoying time with your family and friends.  Are you cooking a big meal or eating out?  I am having my daughter, mom and sister over for roast, potatoes, carrots, and corn on the cob. I even made a cake.  I do not like to cook much, so that is enough for me.
Well, we are into image #3 over at Scraps of Color and I tell you, those ladies are really rocking Hakeem.  I almost felt intimidated to do mine.  LOL If you are a member, please stop by and check out what they have done.  We had to have some gold on the project and some music notes.
