Ok folks, I am so totally excited. As lots of you know, Classygirl over at Scraps of Color has coordinated a Scrapping Cruise and guess who is going????? Now this is not my first cruise, but it is my first scrapping cruise. I am just excited to be meeting some of the ladies that I have chatted and shared photos with over the last 6 or 7 yrs. I will be traveling with my sister and meeting up with two other ladies that I had the pleasure to meet before. I don't know how much crafting I will be doing, but I sure know I am gonna have some fun. I started by making some traveling gear to sport while on the cruise. (I made a smaller pair of ear rings as those are BIG) I also made myself a blinged up visor and a name plate for my table out of a picture frame. I will miss you all for a few days, but I will be back with stuff to post. Hugz and see you later.

FB card Give Away
The other day while I was budget shopping at the Ninetynine Cent Plus store, I ran across some really cool paper packs for just .99. There was some pretty paper in there so I posted my find on Face Book and stated I was excited and wanted to make some cards with this paper. During my excitement, I ask "who wants a card?". Well, I got lots of responses, but I looked at the ones that said "I do" or "me" specifically. That would be 8 people. Oh what was I thinking? Well, being a woman of my word, I have completed four of the cards and they went in the mail today. I hope my card brightens someone's day and puts a smile on their face. See you next time.

With my Sincere Sympathy
I was very saddened the day before yesterday to hear from an old friend that her husband had passed away. He was a very kind good man and will be missed by many. I do not have a stash of sympathy cards so I had to make something special for my friend. I found a very cute vertical step card on Pinterest and decided I wanted to try this. I like it and will do it again. What do you think? The image is by Robert Jackson (www.fineartsbyrobertjackson) and the verse was found online. Thank you for stopping in.

BC/THAT'S ALTERABLE
Hi folks, I am back again with another dual purpose project. I am playing along in a group called "that's alterable" over at Scraps of Color. Each month a different item is posted to alter. This month it was a notebook. Well, as you all know and if you didn't, now you do know that October is Breast Cancer Month. I love this month because I get to make cards and projects to send to anybody I know that has BC or is a Survivor. We usually do this over at Scraps of Color, but if they don't, I will still send out my cards. Last year I lost a very good scrappy friend and this year my sister-in-law. May they rest in Peace. I used Robert Jackson images for the cover of my notebook (www.fineartsbyrobertjackson.com) The inside cover has a pocket and holds a bookmark.. I hope I have the mojo and energy once I get back from my cruise to make a couple of more notebooks to send out. As always, I enjoy when you come by and comment.

BEAUTIFUL, GLAMOROUS AND BOLD
I was so excited last week while browsing the net when I ran across these two images. I had to have them and thought "Wow, these are so beautiful, glamorous and bold." They are so girly and I love that. They just needed to be colored up and glammed up with some bling and flowers, so I did just that. I hope you find them to be as pretty as I did. Thanks for looking.

Good Times Challenge #5
Well, this is the final Good Times image for the Challenge going on over at Scraps of Color in the Robert Jackson Digi Group. The requirement was only to have some string or jute and some metal. Last, but not least, it is James Evans the father of JJ, Thelma and Michael and the husband to Florida. I really enjoy these series challenges and hope we will have another one real soon. Thanks for looking.
