Happy Mail and a Big Blessing

So I went to the mail the day before yesterday and found an envelope marked Happy Mail, Definitely not junk mail. I did not recognize the name of the sender but I knew it was a card.  I ripped it open with excitement and found the cutest Saturated Canary image on the card.  On the inside it said "You're so Fabulous, I am pretty sure you fart glitter"  Now I remember, I met this lady named Donna at a Stamping Convention in Phoenix about 5 or 6 months ago.  We were laughing at the silly stamps and I ask her what would you use that for.  She said I will think of something and send you a card.  Better late than never and it is darling.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends and realize that we have so much to be thankful for.  Don't forget to count your Blessings no matter how big or small.  This is a Robert Jackson image.  Peace.

JUST A FEW CARDS

I know I have been slacking on my blogging,  but first my computer was acting up then I got sick for a bit, but I am back (I hope).  There is nothing more I like to do than create cards for myself and others.  The cards I am posting were made for a friend of mine.  In case you don't notice, she likes everything Pink and Green.  She need a 50th birthday which is being celebrated on the beach in Florida by a bon fire, a sympathy card and 3 Thank you cards for a function held at the casino.  The last two images are by Robert Jackson. I love sharing with you and hope you will come again.

LAST DAY OF BREAST CANCER AND HALLOWEEN

Hi folks, I have been MIA due to working Voter Registration.  It is hard working an 8 hour day after being free for 6 yrs.
At any rate, I thought I had better post my last projects before October is over.  My mom ask me to make something for two  survivors at her church and of course I was glad to be a blessing.  One was her cousin.

While I was at it I made a few Halloween cards for some of my co-workers.  We were allowed to dress up today and I enjoyed doing it and passing out my cards.

I thank you for stopping by and allowing me to share what I love to do.

SQUIGGLEYFLY IMAGE

Hey ya'll, I found this funky image called Pretty Big Girl over at http://www.squigglefly.com/index.php/shop/artist/81.  The artist is Sandra Caldwell. I was not sure about it as she looked sad and I was not sure what to do with it.  Tell me what you think.

Glad you stopped by.  Thank you

BREAST CANCER, A WEDDING AND A BIRTHDAY

Hi People,  back again with another share.  All of these cards are over sized 5 1/2 x 81/2.  I really like playing with this size as it allows room for more.
The first card was made for one of the ladies at Bluemoon Scrapbooking who I heard was a Survivor.  Her reaction was priceless.

The next one is for my oldest brother who was a widower, but found love again.  How sweet is that?  Guess there is still hope for me LOL.

Last is a Birthday card for one of my FB friends for his wife.  He lives in TX and has ordered several years from me.  Hope she likes it.

Well, that's it for now.  Thanks for stopping by.  Peace

STUFF FOR BC SURVIVORS AND A BIRTHDAY

I continue to make cards and  projects for Breast Cancer month.  I was given a person to share some of my art with over at Scraps of Color.  I decided to make her a mini tote and a matching card. I hope this will brighten her day because she deserves it.
I also made a pink birthday card for my neighbor who is a bit cowgirl and loves pink.  Did I mention that I love the Prima doll cowgirl and will find any excuse to use her.
Thanks for stopping in and will be back soon.

Kicking off Breast Cancer Month

It is finally here:  Breast Cancer Month.  We will Do something, say something or give something to those who are survivors, those fighting the battle and honor those who lost the fight to Breast Cancer. I love this month because I can make cards for all my friends that live on HOPE and FAITH.
Over at Scraps of Color, we have a lot of activities going on this month.  If you are a member, please go check it out and Do something, Say Something or Give Something.  Thanks for stopping by and I hope my cards inspire you to reach out to someone special this month.
