Had a really nice day today attending a wonderful church service then a Birthday Tea for my friends 10 year old daughter. Great food and great company.
My neighbor requested that I make a Black and white wedding card . Her long time friend's son got married yesterday. She said she was sure they would love it. Thanks for stopping in.

TIME FOR SOME BIRTHDAYS
Hi Crafty Friends. I guess I have been lazy for a few days and did not do anything to post on my blog. Heck, I guess I can do what I want to do since I am retired. Some days I just want to lay in and watch TV. Ok, so I can't do that long before I have to create something or do some brainstorming for ideas. Today I am showcasing a couple of birthday cards. The first one is an adorable (if I might say so myself) card for a friends 10yr who is having a High Tea Party on Sunday. I used my Prima stamp that I just bought at Blue Moon. They are really big stamps. I did not even have a block to fit it. Of course I improvised and made it happen.
Next is a card for my nephew who is turning 25 tomorrow. I debated on making him this card, as men generally can not appreciate a hand crafted card. However, as I think back, he has commented on my cards in the past stating that he thought they were pretty cool. How about that.
Thank you so much for stopping by

Scrap Girls Crop
Yesterday I attended the Scrap Girls monthly crop with some of my scrappy friends. It starts at 10:00 and goes until midnight. I always go at about noon so I can enjoy lunch then get busy and stay til close. It is a potluck type thing so we can have dinner too since we are there all day. Anyhow, after all the eating and socializing I did complete a few things. I did a couple of layouts for my mother and made some cards. Gonna share a few with you. Don 't be hard on my scrap booking as I rarely do it since I love making cards and altered stuff. Have a Blessed rest of your Sunday.

Faery Ink images
I don't know why I am still up. I went to Mexico today to go to the dentist. It really is a lot cheaper there than here. I got back about 5:00 then my friend called for me to go with her to get catfish dinners at 7:00. I got back at 9:00 and attempted to join in for Friday Nite Chat over at Scraps of Color. They were finishing up so I missed it. Oh well there is always next week.
Just wanted to share a couple of cards I completed yesterday. These were free images from Faery Ink. I thought they were kinda cute. The first one is a thank you for the winner of my blogaversary. It has a pocket inside holding the Michael's gift card. The other is a birthday card for a friend in OK. Alright, I must get to bed now so I can attend a crop from 12 til 12. Have a great weekend.

Getting Ready for Mother's Day
Hi bloggers. Hope your week in going well and that you are getting some crafting done. I guess I could do more if I did not spend so much time browsing and playing games on this darn computer.
Well if you don't know, it is about 3 weeks before Mother's Day. If you have not started, maybe you should pull out those supplies and get those cards ready for the special folks in you life. Here are my first 3 cards. I used two of Anjis Antics images and the last one is Robert Jackson. I used my envelope punch board to make matching envelopes Well, that is it for now. Thank you for coming by.

Just a few things I made
Hello people, hope everyone is feeling fine today. As for me I drove up to Phoenix with my sister and a friend to CKC. I surely did not NEED at thing. I was very frugal today but wanted to look just the same and enjoy the experience of the show. I bought lots of bling, of course, because I can never have too much. Got a couple of mini 8 punches, some copics, starform stickers and a mat for my silhouette. I did good staying on that budget. Anyway, here are the few things I made yesterday. The first card is a thank you card I made for one of my Scraps of Color sisters. The base of the card was a RAK that was an embossed card given to me from Roz over at Scraps of Color.
Here is a cute little Roll Bounce girl by Robert Jackson. She is just rollin' by to say HI
And last but not least I did a Jazzy Birhday card for my friend Brenda in Marrietta, GA. Thanks for stopping in.
