My brother had a slip disk which required some major surgery.  He is doing well and healing extremely well.  Just wanted to send him a little something to cheer him up since he will be unable to work for 2 months.

I was inspired to make this card after a very busy weekend and I found myself whipped. I was too tired to leave the house on Monday. When I woke up this image came to mind about how I was feeling.

Last week was my birthday and I had a blast.  I had a wonderful time with one of my Scraps of color sisters who flew to Tucson to see me.  Thanks Viv for making my birthday special.  I had an overnight crop with 7 other ladies.  Here is a LO I did as a make N take for the party and a wonderful LO my sister in law made for me.  Now that is my kinda party.

I got a request yesterday morning to make a graduation card for a high school graduate.  Her name is Capri and she is graduating from Tucson High School on Friday.  Congratulations to all the young people that are moving to the next level in life

Since tomorrow is my birthday I thought I would go with a Jazzy Birthday theme.  I will only be going to lunch with a friend, but it is on for the weekend.  I am having a Birthday Crop at a hotel with 7 other ladies. One of the ladies is a wonderful friend I made on Scraps of Color.  I am so blessed that she is coming to Tucson to share my birthday.  I have prepared 5 make n takes for them to work on then we are on our own for the rest of the nite.  And what kinda party would it be without a little Wine and I don't mean the crying complaining kind.  Hope I can stay up all nite cuz I am so tired now.  Thanks for stopping by.
