Hi there follow crafters. A funny thing happened to me this week. I had my computer serviced for a clean up through my cable companies Tech Solutions. Needless to say I was almost in tears to find that he had removed my Silhouette program and my Print Shop program. Silhouette was not a problem as I only had to go online and re-download. Now, the Print shop is another issue. I am a print junkie and I use this to do all my crafty goodness. It could not be retrieved and since I have had it on my computer for over 5yrs I could not find the CD. It will cost me $49.99 to get another one which is the latest version. I filed a complaint in hopes they will replace it since no one told them to remove personal programs. Anyway, in the process of searching for the CD, I came across this funky image that I had stamped a couple of years ago when Vivian Bolden came to visit. I also found lots of glassy card stock that I was going to throw out. Decided to keep both and now I am in love with BIG cards. That card stock makes a great base. They are 5 1/2 x8 1/2. Thanks for listening to my rant and I hope you like what I did with this image. Peace

BLACK HISTORY BINGO CHALLENGE
Every year over at Scraps of Color, Princess Jones (http://papercraftingparadise.blogspot.com/) posts a Black History Month Bingo Challenge. And every year it is a real challenge for me trying to find pictures and cover the board. I think I did it this time, I filled all the spaces. The only pictures I could come up with were of my niece at a Steve Harvey season Wrap party. She has worked for him since November 2012 as an Assistant Producer. May I also add that she recently got engaged and will be marrying on my birthday in 2015. Congratulations. So the LO required that we use an ATC card, I used Steve Harvey drawn by( http://fineartsbyrobertjackson.com/new-digital-arrivals.html). In case you can not read the title, it says " I mustache you to have fun". Thanks for letting me share.

RUBBERNECKER STAMPS ENTRIES
Hey folks, just want to share with you a couple of cards that I submitted to Rubbernecker stamps ( http://www.rubbernecker.com/) to be displayed at their shows. A fellow Scraps of Color friend sent me information that Rubbernecker was looking for card makers. Since I have several of their stamps, I thought I would give it a shot. I believe this is the first company that I was able to order African American images years ago. I am pleased that both cards were accepted and will be displayed at their shows. The orange on the dancer appears lighter than it really is. Thanks for letting me share with you. Have a great day.

CARDS MADE AT SATURDAY CROP
Hello good people. Hope you all enjoyed the Hearts and Roses Blog hop over at Scraps of Color over the weekend. Those ladies created some awesome crafty goodness. If you are a follower here, I will be randomly picking a winner of the gift card.
Ok, now for something new. I attended my monthly crop on Saturday and here are some cards I completed. The first one is for a little boy on FB that told his mother he could not have a birthday party because he did nit have any friends. Of course, he stole my heart. Image is by Sherri Baldy.
Next is a birthday card using the new Prima Boom stamp. Big shout out to my lovely friend Naudja for thinking of me.

The next three cards are cards a lady ordered. The first one is a building block card that everyone has been trying. Thanks Princess for sending me directions.
Thank you for stopping in and I hope I have sparked something in your creative minds.

My project is an altered $1 frame from Michael's. I first painted it red then mod podged some dotted paper on top. I added the word LOVE since it is all about love. I finished it off with my favorite thing which is bling and some flowers. This is my daughter's Valentine gift. It is her grandmother who passed away last month. She had ask me to print this picture off for her so I thought I would jazz it up first.
Thank you so much for joining us.

Simply Enjoy it all
Just a real quick Birthday card my mom requested for one of the ladies at her complex. Some how, they heard I make cards and now everyone tells my mom " I sure wish I had one of those hand made cards your daughter makes" Moms gonna get popular if she keeps this up. Any how, this is one of the beautiful images I found online. I colored with copics , metallic gel pens and perfect pearls. A bit of bling and she is gorgeous.

THE WIZ CHALLENGE #3
Hi, back again with challenge #3 from the Robert Jackson Digi Group over at Scraps of Color. This weeks image is the Scare Crow who was played by Michael Jackson. He was found in a field by Dorothy. He needed a brain as he was made of garbage. I made a vertical step card that portrays where he was found with the crows. On the steps is "Get on down the road". He and Dorothy sing this as they head to OZ. Thanks for stopping by.

SUPER BOWL CROP
Hey peeps, just checking in with a little post about my Super Bowl Crop. The game was boring and the commercials did not keep my interest either. Good thing three of my crafty friends came by with game snacks and plenty of paper. We had a good time and finished up 3 cards for ourselves and also some to take to the Quincie Douglas Senior Center for Valentines day. Hope you had a fun game day too. Peace out.
