MY SISTER'S BIRTHDAY

 Today is a special day for my sister.  It is her 06 birthday  hahaha.  Just embrace it.  She has a B-day crop with the assistance if myself and Kharmyn Cousins.  It was a wonderful turn out with some awesome ladies for the crop and the non crafter's for Happy Hour as well.  Here are some things I made for the party

A Wedding and a birthday

Hi folks.  Back again with a couple of cards I made over the weekend.  The Sistah/Brother Challenge over at Scraps of Color this week is all about Weddings.  I made this lovely same sex card for a friend.  I really like how it came out.  The image is by Robert Jackson called the brothers.

I also made a funny birthday card for an old friend that I use to work with.  I like the comical images from Art Impressions.

CARD IN A BOX

Hey yall.  I have been wanting to make a box card ever since I saw folks posting them on Scraps of Color a couple of months ago.  These seemed very intimidating to me with all the measuring and scoring.  Sunday I decided I wanted to make one for one of  my brothers for Father's Day. I called one of my SOC friends who I knew had a template (Alice H).  She was very helpful and walked me through the whole thing.  Ok I got it now and it was not that bad.  After I cut out a couple, I went to bed and could not sleep.  I decided to not waste time laying in bed so I went to work decorating my box.  My inspiration came from a birthday card I received from Shirley(SOC) and the fact that I had been hoarding Graphic 45 paper for 3 years.  Anyway, enough talk, here is my Father's Day card and a birthday card for a birthday I missed.  Thanks for looking.

BIRTHDAY CARDS

Here are a couple of cards I made for my neighbor's daughter's.  She has been ordering cards for them from me for the last three years. One is all girly so I chose to use a Prima doll with lots of bling for her. The other is a horse lover.  I find horses to be masculine so I added some swirls to girl it up.  I thank you for stopping in and welcome all comments.

BAG CRAZY

I am back with more Prima doll gift bags.  I really am enjoying playing with these stamps.  I think I would really love to get a gift in a bag like this.  How about you?  Why don't you try one as the possibilities are limitless.  You could do Birthdays, weddings, baby showers etc.   I thank you for stopping in and comments are always welcome.
