Here is a project I completed for a challenge over at http://scrapsofcolor.ning.com/. The challenge is called 'That's alterable. Each month a different item is posted to alter. For March it was a wine bottle. I painted a clear wine bottle with some Martha Stewart liquid fill and some stickles for shine. I colored a Robert Jackson image www.fineartsbyrobertjackson.com, with copics and modpodged it to the bottle. Then for the fun part, I started blinging it up with rhinestones, bling strips and flowers. The last thing I did was make some tissue flowers to go in it. Hope it has inspired someone to try something different. Going to enter this also in http://memascrafts.blogspot.com/.
