CARD IN A BOX

Hey yall.  I have been wanting to make a box card ever since I saw folks posting them on Scraps of Color a couple of months ago.  These seemed very intimidating to me with all the measuring and scoring.  Sunday I decided I wanted to make one for one of  my brothers for Father's Day. I called one of my SOC friends who I knew had a template (Alice H).  She was very helpful and walked me through the whole thing.  Ok I got it now and it was not that bad.  After I cut out a couple, I went to bed and could not sleep.  I decided to not waste time laying in bed so I went to work decorating my box.  My inspiration came from a birthday card I received from Shirley(SOC) and the fact that I had been hoarding Graphic 45 paper for 3 years.  Anyway, enough talk, here is my Father's Day card and a birthday card for a birthday I missed.  Thanks for looking.

  6. I think you did an outstanding job on this and the pattern paper goes perfectly with your images! I'm going to try one of those boxed cards too but I'm going to use a template from the silhouette online store.
