Diva, I was having the same issue on my bloq and SOC. For my blog I posted by doing this:
1. After signing in, click the pencil to make a new post 2. Once on the post screen, look to the left under your blogger name and you will see COMPOSE/HTML 3. Click on the HTML, (follow the instructions to) upload your pic 4. Once your pic is uploaded, click on COMPOSE to finish your post. 5. Then click Publish.
